In the words of the late great Edward Said: “Remember the solidarity shown towards Palestine … in Latin America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia, and remember also that there is a real cause to which many people have committed themselves … Why? Because it is a just cause, a noble ideal, a moral quest for equality and human rights.”

Now, with Trump having been elected as President of the United States and Israel moving to annex the West Bank even before Trump is inaugurated, we have plenty to continue to turn up and protest about. Be one of many people around the world supporting this ‘just cause and moral quest’: join our fortnightly rallies in support of Palestine on the steps of Parliament in Adelaide.
