Rally Against Peter Dutton!

Rally to protest Peter Dutton as special guest of the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC).

Peter Dutton, the leader of the Australian Federal Opposition is the special guest of the AICC at a luncheon at the Intercontinental Hotel, North Terrace, Adelaide on Friday, 16 February at 12 noon.

Dutton and his hosts put business before human rights. Dutton and his coalition partners are more interested in trade and profit than standing up against a genocide that is in progress. Dutton has called UNRWA a front for a terrorist organisation and slammed pro-Palestinian protesters as "un-Australian." Not welcome in Adelaide, Peter Dutton!

Rally for Palestine! Restore the UNWRA funding!

Adelaide Rally #9

Demand that the Australian Government restores aid to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNWRA)!

How can a so called democratic nation such as ours, which is signed up to any number of international human rights instruments, stop aid flowing to a besieged people suffering a genocide? The Gazans are starving and thirsty, let alone without access to accommodation, fuel and medical services. How is it possible that our Government has stopped aid funding to Gaza? Where is their humanity?

Gather again at South Australia’s Parliament House and demand the horror stop!

Demand that our government acts to represent the people of Australia, who have regularly come out into the streets for over four months demanding justice for the Palestinian people!

Stop the Genocide in Gaza - Protest Penny Wong

Australia has announced that it will cease funding for the UNWRA, the main relief agency for Palestinian refugees. This is yet another move in the Australian government’s support for Israel's genocide against Palestinians. We demand that Penny Wong reverse the decision, call for an immediate end to the siege of Gaza, and end all ties with the Israeli state. Join us on Friday!

Protest starts at Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga Adelaide
